Bishop Mark Seitz

Bishop Mark Seitz was the Courage chaplain in the Diocese of Dallas–Fort Worth for 12 years. He was ordained an auxiliary bishop in 2010, and became Bishop of El Paso in 2013.


Bishop James Wall

Bishop James Wall was ordained a priest of the Diocese of Phoenix in 1998. In 2009, he was named Bishop of Gallup, with territory of more than 55,000 square miles in the states of Arizona and New Mexico.


Father Robert McTeigue, S.J.

Father Robert McTeigue, S.J., is a member of the Maryland Province of the Society of Jesus. A professor of philosophy and theology, he has long experience in spiritual direction, retreat ministry and religious formation. He teaches at Ave Maria University, and is known for his classes both in Rhetoric and in Medical Ethics.


Joseph Pearce

Joseph Pearce was received into the Catholic Church in 1989, and has authored numerous books on Catholic literary figures. He appears frequently on EWTN, and since 2014 has been the Director of the Center for Faith and Culture at Aquinas College in Nashville, Tennessee.


Father Rafael Mary Salzillo, O.P.

Father Rafael Mary Salzillo, O.P., is a Dominican priest pursuing a Doctorate in Philosophy at the University of Notre Dame. A convert from evangelical Protestantism, he pursued degrees in applied physics before entering the consecrated life. He serves as a Courage chaplain in South Bend, Indiana.


Emily Stimpson

Emily Stimpson is a freelance author and blogger living in Steubenville, Ohio. Her books include These Beautiful Bones: An Everyday Theology of the Body (Emmaus Road, 2013) and, most recently, The American Catholic Almanac: A Daily Reader of Patriots, Saints, Rogues, and Ordinary People Who Changed the United States (Image, 2014).


Father John Waiss

Father John Waiss was ordained a priest for Opus Dei in 1987. He is the author of Born to Love (Outskirts Press, 2009). Currently pastor of Saint Mary of the Angels Church in Chicago, he serves as the Courage chaplain in the Archdiocese of Chicago.


Bishop John LeVoir

Bishop John LeVoir worked as a certified public accountant before being ordained a priest for the Archdiocese of St Paul - Minneapolis, where he served for many years as Courage chaplain.  He was ordained Bishop of New Ulm (Minn.) in September 2008, and currently serves as a member of the Episcopal Board of Courage International.


Cardinal Edwin O'Brien

Cardinal Edwin O'Brien is the Grand Master of the Equestrian Order of the Holy Sepulchre of Jerusalem, having previously served as Auxiliary Bishop of New York, Archbishop for the Military Services and Archbishop of Baltimore. As a priest of the Archdiocese of New York, he has been closely associated with the Courage apostolate since its beginning.


Teresa Tomeo

Teresa Tomeo is a media expert, speaker, and consultant addressing issues that impact the culture and family.  With more than 33 years of experience in TV, radio and newspaper, Teresa has spent over 20 of those years working in front of a camera as a reporter/anchor in the U.S. Detroit market. Her weekday morning radio program, Catholic Connection, is produced by Ave Maria Radio and is syndicated on nearly 300 Catholic stations nationwide through the EWTN Global Catholic Radio Network as well as Sirius/XM Satellite Radio.  She also co-hosts a weekly Television series on Eternal Word TV Network, The Catholic View for Women, which is available  in over 230 million television households in more than 140 countries and territories.  As a speaker, Teresa travels throughout North America and around the world, discussing media awareness and activism, and sharing her reversion to the Catholic Church.  In September, 2013, Teresa spoke at the Vatican conference sponsored by the Pontifical Council for the Family. Her presentation, “The Way Family is Perceived in Society,” focused on the impact the mass media have on family life. In 2008, she was one of only 200 international delegate invited to the Vatican Women’s Congress in Rome, marking the 20th Anniversary of Blessed Pope John Paul II's letter, Mulieris Dignitatem: On the Dignity and Vocation of Women.
