Chat Groups Overview

We invite Courage & EnCourage members to participate in our online chat groups! Chat groups are a great way to remain connected with your brothers and sisters in Christ – you can share stories, anecdotes, prayer requests, ask questions, and most importantly support one another in living out the goals of Courage & Encourage.

How do I sign up?

First, read our Chat Group Confidentiality & Privacy Policy, then complete the Chat Groups Registration Form by clicking the red button below. Upon approval of your registration, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions on next steps to take, to join and participate in your chat group.

PLEASE NOTE:
Chat groups do not function in the same way as in-person chapter meetings. In-person meetings are facilitated by a Bishop-appointed Courage/EnCourage priest-chaplain and follow a structured and scheduled format (see the Courage Handbook for more details), whereas the chat groups are moderated by lay volunteers approved by the Courage office and allow for frequent online communication between members in any location at any time. While our chat groups can be especially helpful to those who don’t have access to an in-person Courage or EnCourage meeting, they should not be viewed as a substitute for an in-person meeting as the dynamics are necessarily quite different. You can see if there’s an in-person Courage or EnCourage meeting near you by using the chapter search feature on our website:
